The project is conceived by a group of friends who seek to live together, a vertical village, with a common patio where they can enjoy life together, a green outdoor space. the household are superimposed two to two with the objective of providing an exterior space to each dwelling. They are organized in two heights to generate in the interior facade a direct connection with the interior patio and allow the entrance of natural light to the basement from the facade to the street, with this movement we also manage to raise the ground floor of the direct contact with the pedestrians gaining privacy.
El proyecto se concibe desde un grupo de amigos que buscan convivir, una aldea vertical, con un patio común donde disfrutar de la vida en común, un espacio exterior verde. las viviendas se superponen dos a dos con el objetivo de proporcionar un espacio exterior a cada vivienda. Se organizan en dos alturas para generar en la fachada interior una conexión directa con el patio interior y permitir la entrada de luz natural a la planta sótano desde la fachada a la calle, con este movimiento conseguimos también elevar la planta baja del contacto directo con los viandantes ganando privacidad.
